To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse any refund if we determine that the item has been used or damaged.

To initiate a refund, please contact us at shopadorabless@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or was shipped incorrectly. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our refund criteria, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please note that some items are not eligible for a refund, including personalized or customized items, perishable goods, and digital products.
